This interactive workshop will lead participants through this powerful media tool for groups. The instructors will model the Digital Storytelling methodology, which incorporates still images, music, and narration or poetry, to create moving 3-5 minute stories of struggle. Digital Storytelling is ideal for groups to explore personal and societal issues, and has been used by schools, youth and community organizations across the country. By the end of the workshop, participants will have created a foundation for telling their own digital stories.
