Promotional Opportunities

The NYC Grassroots Media Conferences and Coalition activities have convened thousands of New Yorkers for education, outreach, networking and action events. We offer your organization a number of exciting ways to get your message out to a targeted and active audience. We are expecting another great turnout for the 2008 conference so don’t miss out on these opportunities. We have limited availability, and all options on a first-come, first-served basis. Program Advertising
Over 1,000 registered participants will receive a copy. Let them learn about your organization! Files must be in specified sizes and be delivered in .jpg or .tif format at at least 300dpi. To reserve your ad, make a payment with the method of your chosing (see below) and email your file/text to ads (at) nycgrassrootsmedia.org. To be printed, completed ads MUST be received by February 11, 2008

Listing: Your organization’s name, web address and a 30 word description in
the program and on our website. $35

Full Page (5 1/4” W x 8 1/4” H) $190

Premium Placement (Inside front cover, Inside Back Cover) (5 1/4” W x 8 1/4” H) $300
